Two weeks later, Hiro, now depressed and mourning Tadashi's death, inadvertently activates Baymax. When a fire breaks out in the school and Callaghan is said to be still inside, Tadashi rushes in to save him, only for an explosion to engulf the entire building in flames, killing Tadashi and seemingly Callaghan.
